  • 1 bowl leftover dal
  • 1 bowl wheat flour
  • 2 tsp sooji
  • 1 medium size chopped onion
  • 2-3 chopped green chili
  • to taste Salt
  • As needed Oil for shallow fry.

Instructions

  • Take big bowl add all the ingredients except oil..
  • Mix it with your hand and make soft dough for parantha..
  • Roll it and bake it
  • Serve it hot
