Ingredients

  • 250 gm flour
  • as required Water for dough
  • as per taste Salt
  • as per taste Red chilli powder
  • as per taste Chaat masala
  • as required Leftover daal
  • as required Ghee

Instructions

  • Make a soft dough by mixing flour and leftover daal with all spices
  • Heat tawa
  • Make a parantha and cook it from both sides
  • Apply ghee and make crispy parantha
  • Serve hot with tea
