Ingredients

  • Prepare for stuffing-- prepare 1 cup boiled & mash
  • Get 2 tbsp boiled peas get 1 tbsp oil
  • Take 1tsp dhaniya jeera powder,get 1tsp red chilli
  • 1/2 TSP haldi take 1 tbsp Dhabeli masala
  • Prepare as required chopped coriander & salt
  • Prepare for coating make ready 1 tbsp maida
  • Get for garnish- take as required sev and tomato k
  • Prepare as required oil & frying

Instructions

  • Take a pan nd add oil,add curry patta in it..add dabeli masala in it.add dhaniya powder,haldi,,red chilli powder in it.
  • Add boiled peas & boiled and mashed potatoes in it and mix it.add salt and chopped coriander as per taste.take roti and cut into 2 pcs.make cone of this roti and fill this stuffing in it. In this way make all cone ready.take maida add some water and make thick slurly of it.
  • Deep top part of this cone in slurly and coat it properly. Now deep fry all this cone in oil till it become nice golden on a medium heat.take some tomato ketchup in a bowl and Deep top side of cone in a tomato ketchup and coat with sev.and our roti cone is ready to serve.
