  • 1 Cup leftover cauliflower, carrot, greenpease sab
  • 2 boiled & mashed potatoes,1 chopped onion
  • 1 t. sp. ginger garlic paste, haldi, mirchi powder
  • Salt as required, handful chopped coriander,
  • 1 Cup wheat flour, salt,1 t. sp. oil

Instructions

  • In pan add 1 t,sp. oil.Add g. g. paste, onion. Saute
  • Add leftover sabji, Cook 5 minutes.Mash it.Add potatoes, haldi, mirchi powder, sal, coriander. Mix well. Let it be cool.Make balls
  • Knead soft dough of flour adding, salt, oil.
  • Take some portion of dough. Stuff muxture. Roll it
