Leftovers roti's Poha

Ingredients

  • Leftovers Roti - 5
  • Refined oil - 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1tsp
  • Jeera seeds - 1tsp
  • Hing - 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Groundnuts - 1 small cup
  • Curry leaves - as required
  • Green chillies - Half cup
  • Chopped Tomatoes - 1 cup
  • Chopped Onions - 1cup
  • Salt - as required
  • Chopped Coriander leaves - as required

Instructions

  • Take leftover rotis into jar and Grind it into coarse powder form.
  • Chop all the veggies into small pieces.
  • Keep all the ingredients ready.
  • Once the groundnuts turn brownish add curry leaves and chopped green chillies.
  • Add Chopped onions, tomatoes and saute followed by adding salt as required.
  • Add powdered roti to the vessel and saute.
  • Finally season it with chopped Coriander. Poha is ready to be served!
  • Take a vessel add refined oil followed by mustard seeds, jeera seeds, turmeric powder, hing and groundnuts and saute.

Notes/Tips

You can also add Desi ghee and chat masala to enhance the taste.
