- Take leftover rotis into jar and Grind it into coarse powder form.
- Chop all the veggies into small pieces.
- Keep all the ingredients ready.
- Once the groundnuts turn brownish add curry leaves and chopped green chillies.
- Add Chopped onions, tomatoes and saute followed by adding salt as required.
- Add powdered roti to the vessel and saute.
- Finally season it with chopped Coriander. Poha is ready to be served!
- Take a vessel add refined oil followed by mustard seeds, jeera seeds, turmeric powder, hing and groundnuts and saute.
