  • Garlic
  • Tendli
  • Oil
  • Dried red chillies
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Chop tendli Crush garlic lightly. Cut each red chilli into 4 pieces each and remove seeds. Add cumin seeds, garlic, tendli and red chillies to the pan and saute. Add salt and mix. Cover and cook on medium heat till tendli is cooked. Serve hot.
