Ingredients

  • 15-16 lemons 100 grams Green chillies
  • 50 grams Salt 2 tbsp ajwain
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 4 lemon juice

Instructions

  • Wash lemon and chilli and dry on kitchen towel now cut into small pieces
  • Gather all dry spices, heat a pan little bit roast turmeric and ajwain and allow to cool, mix with lemon and chilli mix well all ingredients and add lemon juice put in glass container, now put this jar on sunlight about 1 week.
  • Without oil yummy pickle is ready.
