  • Lemons
  • Tamarind
  • Green chillies
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Fenugreek
  • Jaggery
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder

Instructions

  • Soak tamarind in water. Cut lemon into small pieces. Cut green chillies. Add the tamarind water, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to the cut pieces and boil till the lemon is cooked. Add the jaggery piece to the boiling mixture. Heat the methi seeds and powder it. Add this powder to the curry. Add curry leaves and boil it well and then switch off the stove. Take a small vessel add oil. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds. Once it splutters, add this to the curry. Serve this with rice, chapathi.
