  • Jeera
  • Mustard
  • Channa dal
  • Green chillies/ dried red chillies
  • Coriander
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Place a pan on stove Add 3tbsp of oil Add mustard and jeera, channa dal, Balck gram Fry them until they turn golden brown Add green chillies/dried red chillies Add salt.. Mix well Wait for 2minutes and add required amount of lemon juice Add cooked rice 200grams and mix well until the mixture combined with rice..
