  • Lemon
  • Cooked rice
  • Red chilli
  • Oil
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • Peanuts
  • Cashew
  • Curry leaves
  • Urad dal
  • Chana dal
  • Turmeric

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add oil, mustard,cumin,chana dal,urad dal,cashew,peanuts and mix well. Then add red chilli,curry leaves and saute till red chilli is fried. Then add turmeric and squeeze lemon,salt and mix well. Then add cooked rice and mix well. Serve.
