Ingredients

  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Ginger Chilli garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Fresh tuvar (Lilva) 1 cup
  • Chopped Green brinjal 4-5
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1/2
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Water as required
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Take pressure cooker, heat the oil add carom seeds, then add ginger Chilli garlic paste and all the ingredients one by one and mix well.
  • Cover the lid and cook for 2-3 whistles.
  • Release the pressure add lemon juice and mix it
  • Garnish with coriander and serve with roti.

Notes/Tips

U can use beans of surti papdi also.
