  • Papdi na dhana 3/4 cup
  • Tovar na dhana 3/4 cup
  • Turmeric powder pinch
  • Baking soda pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Green garlic white part 1/4 cup
  • Coconut Chunks 1/4 cup
  • Peanuts 1 tbsp
  • Sesame Seeds 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger 1
  • Fresh Turmeric 1
  • Green Chilli 5
  • Fresh coriander 1 cup
  • Pa boiled spinach 5-6
  • Water to grind
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Dry Red Chillies 2
  • Fennel seeds powder 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Green garlic 1/4 cup
  • Garm masala 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • Take vessel add water and boil it then add dhana, salt, Turmeric Powder and baking soda Cook till soft.
  • Now take mixing jar add Garlic, coconut, sesame seeds, peanut, coriander, spinach, ginger, Chilli, Turmeric Make fine paste
  • In khadai add Oil and heat it, Add carom seeds, hing, dry red chili, fennel seeds powder, sugar, coriander cumin powder, green garlic, garm Masada, above paste and beans.
  • Cook till Oil released and add water as required.
