Ingredients

  • Litchi fruit puree(tin)
  • Cream (coconut/dairy)
  • Milk
  • Milkmaid
  • Sugar
  • Agar agar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Berry jelly
  • Fresh litchi and berry
  • Nata de coco

Instructions

  • Heat cream,sugar , milkmaid and vanilla extract in a pan. Add pureed litchi and cook. Dissolve Agar Agar in warm milk and add to cream mixture. Cook the mixture for few minutes until well incorporated. Turn off the flame and add chopped nata de coco.
  • Prepare berry jelly and pour into moulds. Set it Pour pannacotta mixture into moulds. Set it in refrigerator for 2 hours. While serving, demould the pannacotta into serving dish and serve with fresh fruits and berries.

Notes/Tips

Substitute cream with coconut cream , milk with almond milk and cashew paste for vegan option. sugar with palm sugar or stevia for calorie conscious people. Make it more healthier and enjoy guilt free dessert.
