  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Sattu
  • Onion
  • Kalonji
  • Ajwain
  • Potato
  • Corinader
  • Green chillies
  • Red chilli
  • Tomato
  • Brinjal
  • Lemon
  • Ginger
  • Ghee

Instructions

  • To start with litti dough, put atta flour,salt,oil,water . Then make a dough. And keep it aside. For sattu mix: put sattu,salt,oil,onion,ajwain,kalonji in a pan .Make a ball of atta dough and then hollow it from centre, put the sattu mix inside and close it nicely so that the stuffing doesn't come out. Keep aside. To start with chokha, take tomato and brinjal. put it in a bowl and green chillies, corinader,oil,lemon juice,red chilli,ginger,ghee. Mix it nicely Roast the litti on an open fire Serve this dish along with a bowl of ghee.
