Ingredients

  • For Litti 3 cups Wheat flour, 1 cup Sattu
  • 1 tsp. Ajwain ,6 cloves chopped garlic
  • 4 chopped green chillies, 1 tsp. mixed pickle
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar ,to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp. Oil)
  • For Chokha - 3 boiled & mashed Potatoes)
  • 2 chopped onions, 6 green chillies
  • 1 tomato (cut in small pieces) ,to taste Salt
  • as required White oil for shallow or deep fry
  • 4 tbsp oil)

Instructions

  • Make Chokha - Heat oil in kadai. Fry onions & green chillies. Then add tomato & salt. Fry it well. Keep aside
  • Sattu,salt, sugar, mixed pickle, ajwain,1 tsp. Oil, chopped green chillies & chopped garlic,mix well al together. Then add 1 tsp. Water & mix well. Keep aside.
  • Mix Wheat flour,salt & water. Knead well & make a dough. Then divide it 12 portion. Take one & stuff Sattu mix. Then make flat shape with the help of your palms.
  • Then heat oil in frying pan & fry the Litti on both side in medium to low flame.(If you want, you also deep fry it.) Then serve it with Chokha & mixed Pickle.
