Ingredients

  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp white oil
  • 1 cup coconut grated
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp mint leaves
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar syrup
  • 1/2 tsp saffron
  • 1 tsp cloves

Instructions

  • At first,make a dough and cut slices.
  • Prepared a coconut mixture with sugar and cardamom powder.
  • Roll with a pin and stuffed the coconut mixture and fold it from front face and another fold in back side and close it with cloves.
  • Fry it in oil and dip them in sugar syrup and keep them in fridge for 2 hrs.
  • Serve it as holi sweets to your guest.
