- Take a deep vessel and prepare a double boiler with a glass bowl over it
 - The water should not touch the bottom of the glass bowl
 - When water boils properly tur the heat on low and add both chocolate compounds (chopped)
 - You can add only dark or only milk if you want
 - On the other side put a pan on geat and dry roast the nuts except raisins
 - Chop them keeping a bit chunky
 - When the chocolate syarts melting and 70 percent done swith off the flame and let it melt through the remaining heat inside chocolate
 - Add the roasted nuts and raisins into the chocolate amd mix
 - Take chocolate moulds and fill accordingly. Set them in refrigerator for abt 10 mins and its done
