Ingredients

  • 1 cup maida
  • Salt
  • Baking soda
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Mix together flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl and knead into a semi-stiff dough using water as required. Divide dough into equal portions and roll out into small discs or luchis. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the luchis till puffed up and golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
