  • Par Boiled rice
  • urad dal powder
  • butter
  • salt
  • oil

Instructions

  • Soak the par boiled rice in water for half an hour. Then grind the soaked rice and make batter. Fry the urad dal in a pan without oil. Let it heat well. But take care that it should not turned to golden brown or reddish. Then grind it in a mixie to a fine powder. Sieve the flour to make it more fine powder
  • Mix the rice batter, urad dal powder, butter & salt in a broad bowl. Using this batter make murukku in a cloth. Then fry them in the oil. Store it in an air tight container.
