- Sabse pehle ek bade bowl mein suji 2 hours k liye bheego dein.
- Phir dusre bowl mein dudh/milk lein aur usme sugar, elaichi, dry fruits, mashed banana, aur maida daal ke ache se mix karein.
- Ache se mix krne k bd usme thoda thoda dudh daale agar batter ki consistency idli batter jaisi na ho.
- Jab batter ache se mix ho jaaye usme upar se 1 tblspn ghee daale. Aur side rakh dein
- 2 hours baad jab suji ache se soft ho jaaye toh ab usko uss batter mein daal dein aur phir ache se mix karein. Aur 10 min settle hone dein.
- Ab pan/ kadhai mein oil/ ghee garam karein . Phir usme chote katori ya deep spatula se kadhai m batter daale aur gas medium kar k ache se pakaaye.
- Ek side cook ho jaane par dusri side palat k pakaye. Halka golden brown hone par maalpuye tissue pr nikal ke rakh dein.
- Aisehi baaki bana le. Maalpuye ban ke taiyar hai.
