  • Macaroni
  • Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder
  • Cornstarch
  • Oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together boiled macaroni, cheese, salt, white pepper powder and cornflour. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them like small balls. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the balls till crisp. Drain and remove on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
