- Roast each items one by one till you get good aroma & let them cool. Now ground all these items (coarse grinding). Now Bhaidku Mix is ready. This can be preserved for 4-5 months if stored in an airtight container You can add other grains of your choice
- Firstly, in a pressure cooker heat 1 tbsp ghee and saute, Sesame seeds, cumin and a pinch of hing. Roast for two to three minutes until the color changes , continue to saute add ginger, chilli , garlic paste. saute 1 tomato till they turn soft and mushy
- Add vegetables like peas, carrot and Potato. saute for a minute
- Now add maggi masala,coarse grindead groundnut powder, turmeric, salt. saute on low flame.r leaves.
- furthermore, add Bhaidku pre mix for a minute on low flame.now pour water and coriander leaves
- mix well. cover and pressure cook for 5 whistles on medium flame
- finally, serve masala Bhaidku Mix with curd and pickle.
