  • Boil the water add the little salt then Add Maggi boil it and strain it
  • Boil Maggi mince it then add Finally chopped onion, garlic, ginger, green coriander
  • Add the seasoning salt to taste,1/2tsp yellow chilli powder, 1tsp Meggi masala,1tsp cumin powder , 80gm Rosted chana powder then properly mix it
  • Maggi dough covert into Scular shape and Stuffing to brie Chesse
  • Maggi Tikki to press the crush raw Maggi then deep fry it
  • Serve hot with Mustard mayo,Tarter sauce
