- In a bowl rub butter and flour till it becomes crumbly ,then add salt ,sugar,and water.
- cling wrap the dough and keep in chiller for half an hour.
- unwrap the dough and place it on a piece of parchment paper.
- Roll the dough into a 12 inch round and about1/8 inch thick.
- slide the parchment and the dough onto a baking sheet and remove the top layer of parchment.
- Add oil in a pan.Put onions,green chillies,sauté fo 2 mins,add carrots , capsicum and sauté for 5 mins.Then add tomatoes,salt,red chilli pd,haldi pd,maggi masala magic.
- put the filling in the centre of the galette,leaving a 2 inch border around the edge.
- fold the rim of the dough up and over the edge of the filling, overlapping the dough as you goaround and pleating the dough.
- garnish with grated cheese, top with tomato,olives and capsicum.bake at 200 degrees for 30- 35 minutes.
- serve hot.
