- Chop the onion, ginger, garlic in a food processor finely. Chop tomatoes also. Now in a kadai heat oil. In low flame add chopped onion ginger garlic n sauted for a minute. Ad slits green chilli.
- When oils started to separate add chopped tomatoes. Keep string in low flame until tomatoes become soft and mashed. Now add turmeric powder, Chilli powder, salt and Maggi Masala e Magic. And mix very well. After few minutes oil start to separate.
- Now add little warm water and mix it..give it a minute, again oil separate from wok's side. Add water. As the boil comes lower the flame and mix the curry.
- Now take one egg, break them slowly and drop it into the curry with out breaking the yolk. Drop all the eggs in the same way. Close with a glass lid and allow to cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Once you see that the eggs are cooked. Switch of the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or rotis.
