  • Maida
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Oil
  • Yeast
  • Gluten
  • Bread improver
  • Water
  • Tomatoes purée
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Oil
  • Maggi masala-e-magic

Instructions

  • Mix water,sugar,salt and yeast.Take flour and dry ingredients. in a bowl and add oil and water mixture.Knead a soft dough.cover with a wet cloth for 10 min
  • Roll the dough into a roti and cut small circles,take 5 circles and overlap each other.
  • Then spread the tomato sauce and grated mozzarella cheese evenly in centre(not excess)
  • Roll it in a rose shape,cut into half.Two roses are ready.
  • Now place in a heart shaped 7inch greased tray.keep 1-2inch distance between each.
  • keep for resting 30 min.
  • Bake at 220 degrees in a preheated oven for 15-20minutes.
  • Brush with oil.serve hot.
  • For sauce:- - [ ] Heat olive oil in a pan.Add Maggi masala-e-magic, put chopped onion,fry for 3-4 min.Add finely chopped garlic. ,after 2 min ,add blanched purée of tomatoes.cook for 5-7 minutes.Add salt and fry for 2-3 min.sauce is ready.
