- In a bowl take boiled potato. Mesh it using potato mesher. Mix in it rice flour, salt and meggi masala e magic.
- Take a cheese in a bowl. Mix in it maggie masala e magic(remaining half if the packet), chilli flakes, oregano. Make small balls of it.
- Take some portion of potato mixture. Make a ball and flatten it. Stuff the cheese mixture inside it. Bind it in a form of tikki.
- Form the remaining tikkis in similar way.
- Coat it in corn flour slurry. Roll over it in dry bread crumbs. Repeat the process for all the tikkis.
- Shellow fry it in oil till crisp and golden.
- Serve it with ketchup.
