  • Maggi masala e magic
  • Boiled potato
  • Salt
  • Rice flour
  • Chilli flakes
  • Oregano
  • Pepper powder
  • Cheese
  • Oil
  • Dry bread crumbs
  • Corn flour slurry

Instructions

  • In a bowl take boiled potato. Mesh it using potato mesher. Mix in it rice flour, salt and meggi masala e magic.
  • Take a cheese in a bowl. Mix in it maggie masala e magic(remaining half if the packet), chilli flakes, oregano. Make small balls of it.
  • Take some portion of potato mixture. Make a ball and flatten it. Stuff the cheese mixture inside it. Bind it in a form of tikki.
  • Form the remaining tikkis in similar way.
  • Coat it in corn flour slurry. Roll over it in dry bread crumbs. Repeat the process for all the tikkis.
  • Shellow fry it in oil till crisp and golden.
  • Serve it with ketchup.
