- In a pan add makhana and roast them for 3 to 5 min until they turn crispy and slightly golden brown (Keep the flame low).
- Once done transfer them into a bowl and in the same pan add ghee.
- Once the ghee is heated add Maggi masala, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder,chat masala and give it a mix.
- Then add the roasted makhana and toss it well so that all the makhanas are evenly coated with the masala
