Ingredients

  • 2 cups makhana
  • 1 tbspn ghee
  • 1 tbspn red chilli powder
  • 2 tbspn Maggi masala
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 tsp. chaat masala

Instructions

  • In a pan add makhana and roast them for 3 to 5 min until they turn crispy and slightly golden brown (Keep the flame low).
  • Once done transfer them into a bowl and in the same pan add ghee.
  • Once the ghee is heated add Maggi masala, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder,chat masala and give it a mix.
  • Then add the roasted makhana and toss it well so that all the makhanas are evenly coated with the masala
