  • Maggi
  • Maggi Masala-e-magic
  • Maida
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder
  • Chopped onions
  • Mushroom
  • Corn
  • Cheese
  • Oil
  • Oregano
  • Chili flakes

Instructions

  • First, boil maggi without the taste maker. Once it's cooked, switch off the flame and keep it to get cool.
  • When it has come to room temperature, add the taste maker, salt, pepper & maida and mix it well.
  • Then grease a round mould and put this maggi into that. Cover the mould and refrigerate it for 30 mins at least.
  • Next, heat up a pan and add oil into it and cook the maggi base until it's light brown. Flip amd cook on other side as well.
  • Now, use your favourite toppings for the pizza. I added onions, mushrooms and corn. Sprinkle some maggi masala-e-magic and cover the top with cheese and bake it in a preheated oven for 10 mins.
  • Your maggi pizza is ready! Garnish it with some oregano and chili flakes.
