  • Maggie
  • Onion
  • Chillies
  • Besan
  • Rice
  • Corn flour
  • Salt
  • Red chilli
  • Black pepper
  • Coriander
  • Maggi masala

Instructions

  • Boil the maggie as per instructions on the packet 1.5 packet. Save the remaining for later.Do not add maggie masala. Once maggie is bolied strain the excess water and let it cool Chop the onions ,chillies and corainder
  • Take A Bowl And Mix Boiled Maggie ,Rice Flour ,Besan And Corn Flour.add chopped onions,chillies and coriander
  • Add maggie masala, red chilli powder, salt and balck pepper powder to the mixture and mix it well
  • Grease your palms and roll out small bolls from the mixture
  • Roll the pakodas on crushed raw maggie so that it coats the balls properly
  • Deep fry the maggie balls and enjoy with sauce or coriander chutney

Notes/Tips

Add the salt at last so that mixture does not become too watery.
