  • Masala-e-magic
  • Maggi noodles
  • Maida
  • Instant yeast
  • Milk
  • Water
  • Honey
  • Milk powder
  • Chopped spinach
  • Capsicum,mushroom,carrot,bell peppers
  • Finely Chopped Onion
  • Garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Melted butter
  • Oil
  • Nigella seeds
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Heat milk and water till lukewarm.Take half of this solution and add yeast and honey to it.Cover and let the yeast bloom for about 10 minutes.
  • Take maida,milk powder, salt and masala-e-magic in a mixing bowl.Make a well in its centre and add the yeast solution to it.Gather all these ingredients together.
  • Add the remaiing water n milk solution little by little to kneed a soft dough.
  • Add olive oil and kneed. Dust your workplace with flour and transfer this dough to it.
  • Using stretch and fold method, kneed the dough for at least 10 minutes.Now the dough will become glossy and pliable.
  • Grease a big mixing bowl.Transfer the dough in it.Brush oil over it and cover.Let it rest for about 40 minutes to rise.It should become double in volume.
  • Meanwhile hea one tbsp butter in a pan.Saute garlic and onion till translucent. Add rest of the veggies .Saute.Add 1 tbsp masala-e-magic.
  • Now add 2 cup water and let boil.Add Maggi noodles and its tastemaker and pinch of salt and cook till water evaporates.Let cool.
  • Once the dough has doubled in volume,take it out.Knock out the air in it by punching gently. Kneed for a minute.
  • Divide the dough in two equal parts.Roll both of them in chapatis of about 1/4 inch each.
  • On one chapati,spread the cooked maggi ,leaving some space on the edges.Put the other chapati over it and gently press from edges.
  • Place a small lid or some circular object over the centre of the top chapati.
  • Around the lid,make 12 cuts in d chapatis such that they are divided into 12 parts,with centre intact.
  • Twist one part clockwise two times.Press the edges of this part gently so that no filling comes out.
  • Now twist the next part anti clockwise twist times.Press its edges like the first part.
  • Now twist the third part in clockwise direction just like part 1.Follow this methid with all the 12 parts.The odd numbers will be twisted clockwise while the even numbers will be twisted anti clockwise.
  • Once all twisting is done,it will resemble a flower.Remove the lid.Place this flower on a greased baking tray.
  • Brush oil over the flower and sprinkle the nigella seeds in d centre,where we had kept the lid.Press them gently.
  • Cover with a kitchen cloth and keep aside for second rise for about 40 minutes.
  • Once the flower has doubled in size,brush it with milk.Baje it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes or till golden brown.
  • Once baked,take out and immediately brush butter over it.Cover with a damp cloth and let sit for about 30 minutes.This makes the bread soft.
  • Now enjoy this mouthwatering beautiful flower as snacks or as dinner.

Notes/Tips

Add liquid as per your flour requirement. Temo and time varies with ovebs.So keep an eye on your bake after 30 minutes.
