Ingredients

  • 1 cup besan
  • 1 onion
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tps haldi powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tps mustard seeds
  • 1 tps jeera
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • 4 tps oil

Instructions

  • Take a bowl put besan, haldi powder, salt. Put water n make think paste but there should not be lumps
  • Take kadai put oil, mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, onion an keep till onion changes to pink
  • An add thin besan, coriander leaves. Mix well an keep on low flame till it changes to thick batter
  • An your yummy Maharashtrian Besan pitla is ready
