  • Raw mangoes
  • Jeera
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Black salt

Instructions

  • Take 5-6 Raw Mangoes, wash and pressure cook them.
  • Let them cool completely then peel them off and deseed them.
  • Mix with sugar, for 6 raw mangoes take 150gm sugar. Blend the pulp with sugar in blender.
  • Sieve the mixture, add 2tbsp of mixture to 1 glass of water. Add a pinch of jeera, black salt, salt. Serve chilled, garnished with ice cubes and mint leaves.

Notes/Tips

Let raw mangoes cool before peeling them.
