- Take a pan. Add vegetable oil and heat.
- Grind onions. Saute onions till golden.
- Saute ground tomatoes along with the onions. Add ginger garlic paste and saute them.
- Add salt according to taste. Add garam masala, red chilly powder and turmeric powder.
- Add finely cut mushrooms and square onions. Cook them for 25 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
