  • Mustard
  • Fenugreek
  • Ajwain
  • Curry leaves
  • Red chilli
  • Garlic
  • Green chillies
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Turmeric powder
  • Buttermilk
  • Cumin

Instructions

  • Grind Garlic, green chillies, some cumin and salt. Mix this paste in the buttermilk. Heat oil in a pan and do the seasoning with ajwain, methi, mustard, cumin, red chilly and curry leaves,turmeric. When they start spluttering, immediately transfer this into buttermilk and cover for 5 min. Serve with rice.
