Ingredients

  • Makai ka atta 2 cups
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Besan 1/2 cup
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 500 grms
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 2 tsp
  • Garm masala 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds 5 tbsp
  • Curd 3 tbsp
  • Tarmind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Jaggery water 5-6 tbsp
  • Ghee to shallow fry.

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients one by one and make a dough from it.
  • Now roll the thick roti from it and shallow fry in ghee.
  • Serve it warm with curd and green chutney.

Notes/Tips

Ratio of curd and tamarind pulp can be change. Jaggery water as the taste of curd.
