Ingredients

  • Makhana 2 cups
  • Nylon poha 2 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Dry Red chili 2
  • Curry leaves 8-10
  • Coconut slices 2 tbsp
  • Peanuts 3 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 2 tbsp
  • Raisins 3 tbsp
  • Mix seeds 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar powder 2 tsp

Instructions

  • Firstly dry roast the makhana and nylon poha
  • Now heat the oil in a pan, add all ingredients one by one to the oil and saute for 1 or 2 mins.
  • Store in airtight container

Mix seeds are Melon seeds, pumkin seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds
