- Take a Kadhai add ghee once it’s slightly warm add in the nuts & curry leaves sauté for a minute & remove it.in the same Kadhai pop the makhanas sauté for 3 minutes switch off the burner and sprinkle salt,all-purpose seasoning toss it and add the fried nuts,curry leaves.toss it well and it’s ready.
