Ingredients

  • 2 cups fox nuts (makhana seeds)
  • 2 tablespoons ghee /clarified butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
  • 2 springs curry leaves
  • 3 tablespoons chopped Coconut pieces
  • Nuts:- 2 tablespoons almonds 2 tablespoons cashews

Instructions

  • Take a Kadhai add ghee once it’s slightly warm add in the nuts & curry leaves sauté for a minute & remove it.in the same Kadhai pop the makhanas sauté for 3 minutes switch off the burner and sprinkle salt,all-purpose seasoning toss it and add the fried nuts,curry leaves.toss it well and it’s ready.
