  • Makhane
  • Yogurt
  • Milk
  • Cream
  • Ghee
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Raisins
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • Remove the hard black flakes from makhane. Boil makhane in milk till soft. Drain milk and keep aside.Wash and pat dry raisins. Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the raisins and chironji. Drain.Beat together yogurt and fresh cream. Sieve it through a muslin cloth.Mix all the ingredients. Serve chilled.
