- Recipe for makki ka dhokla 🔷 In a mixing bowl add Makki ka aata .. finely chopped Fenugreek Leaves...Ginger, Garlic and Green chili 🌶️ paste (little extra for more flavour)...Sour Curd...Carom seeds(Ajwain)....Salt ....pinch of baking soda
- Mix all ingredients and bind a dough using luke warm water....give it a round shape and make a well in center using ur thumb...
- Steam it for 15-20 minutes ... check it bwith using toothpick...if it come out clean... it's done.
- For tempering heat ghee in a small pan...add pinch of hing(asafoetida), sesame seeds and curry leaves ...pour it on freshly steamed dhokla and done
- Serve it with lobia(black eyed pea) curry.... green chutney n Spicy 🔥🌶️ garlic chutney 😍 enjoy 👍
