  • Cumin powder
  • Coconut
  • Dried red chillies
  • Pepper powder
  • Cumin
  • Curry leaves
  • Chicken
  • Corinader powder
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Red chilli powder
  • Corinader seeds
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Methi seeds

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken with lil onions,lil tomato,ginger garlic paste ,chilli powder and 1 spoon of corriander powder and set aside for 30 min.. Now add oil to a pan and fry the grated coconut,curry leaves,dried red chilli ,corriander seeds,pepper seeds,jeera,methi untill the coconut turns light brown.Add the remaining corriander powder and keep frying untill the raw smell of corriander powder leaves. Make sure that you cook on medium flame and the coconut doesnt get burnt. Once done, blend the above in a mixer. Set aside. Add 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add the remaining onion and tomato...cook untill onion turns golden brown ,add the marinated chicken .Cook untill the raw smell of corriander and chilli powder leaves and chicken starts to leave oil ...add cumin powder and fry again for sometime. Add the blended mix to the cooking chicken and mix well. Add Salt as per taste. Cook for 10 minutes.Make a Tadka of Mustard seeds and curry leaf . Serve hot.
