- At first, take milk in a heavy bottom pan. Boil the milk at low flame, stir continuously. Once, the milk starts to boil add fresh cream and powdered milk. Keep on scraping the dried milk solids from the sides of the pan and add them back to the milk.
- Add sugar and stir continuously.
- Then add cardamom powder.
- Once the milk is reduced to half, switch off the stove. Cover the mixture to cool at room temperature.
- Pour the kulfi mixture in the kulfi moulds or popsicle moulds. Freeze the kulfi for 9 - 10 hrs or overnight.
- Once the kulfi is ready garnish them with chopped almonds and dried rise petals.
