- Boil Milk In A Heavy Bottom Vessel. Once Boiled,Keep It In A Low Flame. Add Lemon Juice And Cover The Milk.. After Few Mins. Milk Is Fully Curdled. Strain 3 Cup Of Water And Cook In The Low Flame For 10 Mins. Stir In Between Till Water Fully Absorb In The Paneer. Add Sugar And Cardamom Powder And Mix Well. Add Ghee And Mix Well And Switch Off The Gas. Grease The Plate And Pour The Mixture On The Plate And Press It. Garnish With Crushed Almonds. After 1/2 An Hour Cut Them In Shape. Serve.
