  • Sabse pehle ek bowl me ghee dalenge ab isme 3 ya 4 ice cube dalkar acche se cream jesa hone tak hath se wisk karenge Jab acche se cream jesa hone par ice cube nikal denge ab isme 2 cup maida or 1 cup dudh 1 cup water milakar patla beter ban jayega
  • Ek pan ko aadha ghee ya oil se bhar le ise acche se garam kar le ab isme chamach ki help se thoda thoda better dale or ghewar ki jali teyar kare jab ghear ban jaye to inke thanda kar le thanda hone par 2taar ki chasni dale ghewar ke uper rabdi lagaye
  • Badam pista ki katran silver woke se sajaye ghewar bankar taiyar h
