  • Milk
  • Cardamom powder
  • Sugar
  • Saffron
  • Whipping cream
  • Yellow color

Instructions

  • Heat pan, boil milk for 20-25 minutes until it reduced to half of its quantity, color is changed and malai is formed. Add cardamom powder, once it is reduced to 60 or 70 percent add sugar and boil it again until it is reduced by half and becomes thick consistency. Remove from flame, add saffron,yellow color, and pour into glass jar, allow it rest for some time. Once it is cool add whipping cream and mix nicely and pour it into kulfi moulds and place lid, keep it on a plate. Insert thin stick and keep in the freezer for about 5 hours. Now demould into a plate and serve it cool.
