Ingredients

  • Castor sugar
  • Powdered milk
  • Cardomom powder
  • Pistachios
  • Almonds
  • Kewra essence
  • Chilled whipped or tetra pack cream
  • Milk

Instructions

  • Take milk and switch on the flame and Then add milk powder, castor sugar, cardomom powder,and kewra essence and mix it well
  • Add all the dry fruits which are mentioned
  • And stir continuously until it becomes thick.. after dis switch off the flame and allow it to come to room temperature.. cool it completely u can also freeze..
  • Take a cream and whip it with the help of hand blender and mix the cooked kulfi mixture after cooling it completely
  • Give it a nice mix and transfer it in to glass box and cover it with parchment paper
  • Close the lid tightly and freeze it for 6-8hrs or overnight... After dis ur kulfi is ready to enjoy...

Notes/Tips

When cooking kulfi mixture stir continuously to avoid sticking...
