- Take milk and switch on the flame and Then add milk powder, castor sugar, cardomom powder,and kewra essence and mix it well
- Add all the dry fruits which are mentioned
- And stir continuously until it becomes thick.. after dis switch off the flame and allow it to come to room temperature.. cool it completely u can also freeze..
- Take a cream and whip it with the help of hand blender and mix the cooked kulfi mixture after cooling it completely
- Give it a nice mix and transfer it in to glass box and cover it with parchment paper
- Close the lid tightly and freeze it for 6-8hrs or overnight... After dis ur kulfi is ready to enjoy...
