  • Bread
  • Milk
  • Milk powder or khoya
  • Cardamom
  • Almonds
  • Kesar
  • Sugar
  • Ghee
  • Raisins

Instructions

  • First step is to prepare the malai for the rolls. All you need is prepare a pan add some 1 tbsp of ghee and 1 cup of milk and sugar according to taste and bring it to a boil and add 1/2 cup of milk powder to prepare khoya.. Keep cooking the mixture until it becomes a smooth creamy paste
  • While your malai is cooling prepare the breads. Slice the corners and flatten it with a rolling pin. Place the mixture on the breads and roll it. Place these rolls in a flat tray
  • Now it's time to make the rabdi. Take 2-3 cups of milk in a pan and add sugar according to taste and crushed cardamom to it and cook it until it reduces to half the pan. Cool the rabdi. And pour it over the rolls.
  • Decorate it with almonds and raisins and saffron strands. Refrigerate it for half an hour and enjoy.
