- Take a bowl and add finger millet flour, salt, little of lukewarm water to make a dough. Make small dumplings and make the chapati by using rolling pin. Heat the tawa and cook the chapati and cut into a small pieces and transfer it into a blender and blend into a coarse powder. Now add jaggery, grated coconut, cardamom powder, whole bengal gram powder, chana dal powder, add ghee and mix it well. Then tasty malida is ready to serve.
