Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup maida
  • 1/4 cup rava
  • 1 tsp deshi ghee for making malpua soft
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • as required Milk for soaking above ingredients
  • 1 litre milk for rabdi
  • as required Few strands kesar
  • 200 ml milk made
  • as required Oil for frying malpua

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl mix maida rava with ghee now add 1tbsp milk powder and soaked this mixture with milk as per requirement
  • Put fennel seeds make batter in pouring consistency.keep aside for half an hour.
  • Take a pan heat milk keep it in slow flame, keep stirring in interval when it is half of the quantity add milk made mix with milk thoroughly add milk powder now stir it slowly and continuously before turning off gas add kesar strands.
  • Now take kadai heat oil pour malpua in one ladle size.fry both the sides and put it in the rabdi.
  • Serve hot Rabdi with malpua
