Ingredients

  • Puffed rice 2 cups
  • Makhana 1 cup
  • Makai na poha 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Green Chilli 1
  • Curry leaves few
  • Dariya dal 2 tbsp
  • Peanuts 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Dry roast the mammara and makhana Now heat the pan add oil and roast the makai poha which is to be crushed before roasting
  • Now make a place in center add all the ingredients one by one and keep saute for 2-3 mins
  • Add roasted mixture and mix it well and cook for 4-5 mins.
  • Store in airtight container.

Notes/Tips

Even flatten rice can be used.
